Anthony is a multidimensional instructor with modalities including: HIIT, Dance, Strength Training, and Flexibility. His ideology focuses mostly on using the body as the main piece of equipment in class (bodyweight exercise). This can provide not only strength for the body but comfort and confidence for the mind. Anthony is a former football and track and field athlete, but his main passion was in dance.
He has been dancing since he was 10 years old including receiving a bachelor’s degree in dance from Sonoma State University. During college is also where he fell in love with the health and fitness industry pursuing certifications in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, and beginning his Group Fitness journey with a program called INSANITY (he has also established the nickname Baby T over the years).
Anthony was recently the Group Fitness Manager for Equinox in San Ramon and is now coaching at Orange Theory and Row House along with Equinox. He is trying to use all the skills he has learned to give back and help others achieve their goals, especially their “impossible” goals. You can be sure to get high energy, great music, and an unforgettable workout in ever class and session, minus of course massage where things will be calmer and quieter!
